Who We Are
The vision for the original Bee’s took form in 2012 when the local food store closed its doors. When Bee’s Marketplace opened the next year, that vision led patrons into an 8,000 square-foot facility that satisfied the needs of the local residents.
In the years that followed, the nearby citizens and outlying communities responded with loyal support. In return, Bee’s worked to meet the requests of all shoppers with their motto ‘Fast, Fresh, and Friendly’. ‘Bee’s by Choice’ was a mission statement that guided their desire to organically grow a satisfied customer base. As the small business gained traction and learned to navigate the waters of the food and retail industry, Bee’s began to identify and develop their unique culture. It is a culture that is rooted in homegrown values, an appreciation of people, and an openness that draws in travelers and locals alike.
